Completion of a 115 ft aluminium sailing yacht (S/Y Melody)

A stalled superyacht project — hull passed through three bankrupt yards — was reorganized and delivered with 100% class approval: 15+ systems re-engineered, 40+ specialists coordinated, one of the largest Böning automation packages on a sailing yacht at the time.
