TESS SHIPS & BOAT REPAIRING S.A. is a fast-growing company specializing in ship repair, industrial machinery maintenance, wholesale trade, and administrative services. We serve clients in the maritime industry, providing high-quality solutions and 24/7 support. Our office is located in the heart of Panama's business district (Bella Vista), with operational facilities in the port area.

Responsibilities
- Proactively search for new clients (shipowners, shipping companies, yacht operators, industrial enterprises) and maintain long-term relationships with existing ones;
- Advise clients on company services (vessel repair, machinery maintenance, supply of spare parts and consumables);
- Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, participate in tenders;
- Conduct negotiations and present services English, and Spanish;
- Coordinate with the technical department to clarify order details;
- Monitor accounts receivable and deal documentation;
- Participate in industry exhibitions and events (as needed);
- Meet sales targets and provide regular reports.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in ship repair, logistics, engineering, or related fields);
- Knowledge of the Panamanian and/or Latin American market is a plus;
- Spanish proficiency at least B2 (conversational and written); English – upper-intermediate;
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to persuade and build long-term relationships;
- Goal-oriented, responsible, able to handle objections;
- Willingness to occasionally visit sites (port, shipyard);
- Own car is an advantage (fuel compensation provided);
- Valid driver's license and readiness to travel within the city.
